Gary Richard Molnar, Esq., 55, of New York City, previously of Gibsonia, passed away Tuesday.

Born in Pittsburgh, Feb. 25, 1954, he was as 1972 graduate of Richland High School, a 1976 graduate of Bucknell University and a 1981 graduate of the Franklin Pierce Law Center of Concord, N.H.

He is survived by his parents, Gabert D. Molnar and Mildred B. (Sahli) Molnar, currently of Center Township, Butler County; one brother, Gabert D. Molnar Jr. of Broadview Heights, Ohio; and one sister, Cynthia M. and her husband, Charles A. Kuehn Jr., of Wixom, Mich. Also surviving are nephews, Charles A. Kuehn III of East Lansing, Mich., and Paul D. Kuehn of Wixom, Mich.

<B>MULNAR </B>— Friends of Gary Richard Molnar, Esq., who died Tuesday, July 21, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, 124 E. North St. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dennis W. Molnar of the Wallace Memorial Presbyterian Church of Pittsburgh officiating.
