Brown

James H. Brown, 48, of Butler passed away Sunday at his home.

He was born Nov. 15, 1960, in Butler, the son of the late James Samuel Brown and Myrtle (Powell) Brown Cumberland of Butler.

He was a former member of the Butler Elks.

He loved his dogs.

He had been a sprinkler system designer.

Surviving are his daughter, Jamie (Bryan) Uram of Butler; a son, James Bryan of West Sunbury; his mother; a grandson, Nathan Uram; two sisters, Patty Perez of Butler and Susan (Greg) Simpson of Slippery Rock; five nieces; and two great-nieces.

He was preceded in death by his father and his grandmother, Susie Brown.

Brown, who died Sunday, July 19, 2009, will be received from 5 p.m. until time of the memorial service at 6 p.m. July 27 at the North Street Christian Church, 226 W. North St., Butler, with the Rev.
