BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Sally L. Blystone, 34, of Kittanning waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Aug. 7 by Butler Township police.

Deborah L. Bourne, 39, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed July 1 by Butler Township police.

Brooke M. Donelson. 24, of Butler waived to court a charge of felony retail theft, filed July 16 by Butler Township police.

Ashley M. Feely, 23, of Seneca, Venango County, waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and two counts of conspiracy, filed July 9 by Butler Township police.

Daniel R. Hilliard, 20, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a lane violation and a lighting violation, filed June 23 by state police. In a separate case state police filed June 23, he pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was ordered in that case to pay $344.50 in fines and court costs.

Adam Kobert, 23, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed July 20 by Butler Township police.

Ronald A. Moculski, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving under the influence by a minor, underage drinking and driving at an unsafe speed, filed July 17 by Butler Township police.

David J. Perri, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, not using turn signals and driving a vehicle without an inspection sticker, filed May 11 by state police.

Scott E. Rimer, 43, of Lyndora waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance, in two separate complaints filed June 17 by state police.

Kathy Rose, 31, of Oil City, Venango County, waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and two counts of conspiracy, filed July 9 by Butler Township police.

Paula G. Tennant, 39, of Chicora waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 20 by Butler Township police.

Jennifer D. Weibel, 33, of Leechburg, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, July 1 by Butler Township police.

Ryan A. Williams, 30, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed April 27 by Butler Township police. Williams was ordered to pay $2,040.30 in fines and court costs.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Christopher S. Bowser, 23, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct, filed June 25.Devon Brain, 22, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle, and failure to immediately notify police of an accident, filed July 13.Georgette Fleeger, 37, of West Sunbury was held for court on charges of theft, forgery and access device fraud, filed Aug. 26.Richard G. Grigoletti, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, disregarding traffic lanes and improper display of a license plate, filed May 20.Alyssa Jamison, 22, of Harrisville pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 24. Jamison was ordered to pay $249.50 in fines and court costs.Jeffrey Linton, 48, of Harrisville waived to court charges of criminal mischief and three counts of reckless endangerment, filed July 25.Willis A. Miller, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, not using low beams and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 8.Katie Lynn Ross, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, an open container violation and not using low beams, filed June 30.Jennifer Sorg, 29, of Mars waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and access device fraud, filed Aug. 3.

Chase, 22, of New Wilmington, Lawrence County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed June 30.Susan Gail Drushel, 46, of Zelienople waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elide police, DUI, driving with a suspended license and careless driving, filed Aug. 4.Timothy G. Gathers, 61, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed June 16.Jeanne M. Jackson, 43, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of DUI, not carrying her driver's license or vehicle registration card, careless driving and reckless driving, filed July 14.Eric J. Jefferson II, 26, of Pittsburgh waived to court two counts each of simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment, filed Aug. 7.Valerie H. Montgomery, 21, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving, filed June 30.
