District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Ronald Dean Farrell, 43, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged June 8 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Brian Joseph Miller, 20, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged July 20 by state police with theft by unlawful taking, criminal conspiracy and forgery.

Krispen Jacob Kriner, 28, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged July 7 by state police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspend license and careless driving.

Matt James Brinker, 28, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged July 13 by Adams Township police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and driving with a suspended license.

Robert Michael Kissane, 57, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged July 6 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Brandon E. Hoffman, 29, of Karns City waived his case to court. He was charged July 20 by state police with theft by unlawful taking, criminal conspiracy and forgery.

Michael Stephen Zacherl, 43, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged June 22 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Thomas Charles Baker Jr., 45, of Belva, W.Va., waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 9 by Adams Township police with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.

Lynly A. Broge, 47, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged July 6 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Daniel Anderson Pale, 22, of Prospect waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 9 by Adams Township police with simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Edwin Martin Hartmann, 51, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged July 13 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Todd Allen Johnson, 42, of Zelienople had his case held for court. He was charged June 23 by Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Kevin Michael Lubawski, 46, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged March 23 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.

James A. Graham III, 26, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 9 by Adams Township police with simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Vincent M. Yandura, 24, of New Brighton waived his case to court. He was charged July 1 with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing or eluding police, driving with a suspended license and reckless driving.Christopher J. Zulick, 29, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged May 13 with accidents involving damage, failing to render aid, reckless driving, driving without insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle.Ted William Burkholder, 36, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged June 12 with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Timothy Jason Kimbel, 19, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged July 30 by county detectives with possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.Scott R. Parish, 34, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 3 with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.Kristine Ann Koloesin, 53, of Baden waived his case to court. She was charged July 1 with retail theft.David J. Lang, 45, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged June 24 with indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct.Deborah Casciani, 40, of Wexford waived his case to court. He was charged June 24 with retail theft.Michael Edward Page, 20, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 14 with theft by unlawful taking, carrying a firearm without a license and possession of drug paraphernalia.Michael Edward Page, 20, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 21 with criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking.
