The winners of the 2009 Butler County Superstar talent competition were selected.

Erica Williams, 13, won the Teen Butler County Superstar contest for her acrobatic dance to "Swan Lake." An eighth grader at Marshall Middle school, she is the daughter of Craig and Alice Williams of Wexford.

Molly Conlon, 11, won the Young Butler County Superstar contest for her baton twirling routine. A sixth grader at Knoch Middle School, she is the daughter of Ray and Nance Conlon of Renfrew.

Lizzie Yousko, 7, won the Little Butler County Superstar contest for her performance of a monologue. A second grader at Evans City Elementary School, she is the daughter of John and Julie Yousko of Renfrew.———

<B>Jaime Ann Rosellini</B> was named second runner-up at the Pennsylvania Junior Miss program on Aug. 8. She won the talent and fitness awards.She was named Butler County Junior Miss in June during the annual scholarship competition.Rosellini is a 2009 graduate of Butler High School, where she was class treasurer and belonged to the National Society of High School Scholars and the Sequinettes dance team.She is the daughter of Jaime and LouAnn Rosellini of Butler.———<B>

<B>Jim Keresztury</B>, formerly of Lyndora and a 1970 graduate of Butler High School, will represent the Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center of West Virginia University and the WVU Division of Social Work Aug. 24 to 26 at the premiere LIVESTRONG Global Cancer Summit in Dublin, Ireland.Keresztury, an assistant director for cancer prevention and control at the Cancer Center, will meet with Lance Armstrong and his foundation's staff as well as engage with world media, political leaders, representatives of nongovernmental organizations and corporate leadership.Keresztury will represent WVU's commitment to fight cancer in West Virginia and throughout the world. His global focus is in Vietnam and Cambodia, where he will conduct a series of educational workshops for social workers on cancer awareness to be offered at An Giang University in the Mekong Delta in collaboration with the WVU Division of Social Work, where he is an adjunct professor.

</B>Four young men were elected to state offices at the Pennsylvania DeMolay convention in Camp Hill. The International Order of DeMolay is a youth leadership organization for young men between the ages of 12 and 21.<B>Howard Wagner</B> of Butler was elected state master councilor, the organization's highest position. A 2007 graduate of Butler High School, he is the son of Mary Ann Wagner of Butler and the late George Wagner.<B>Alexander Rauschenberger </B>was elected State Scribe. A senior at Butler High School, he is the son of Curtis and Joyce Rauschenberger of Butler.<B>Kevin Hunt </B>was elected State Treasurer. A senior at Butler High School, he is the son of Robert and Jeanna Hunt of Butler.<B>Branden Glass</B> was named master councilor for Lorraine Chapter and state master councilor's assistant. He is the son of Brian and Gayle Glass of Gibsonia.All are members of Lorraine Chapter Order of DeMolay, sponsored by Lorraine Commandery F&AM No. 87, Butler, and Grove City Lodge F&AM No. 603, Grove City.———<B>
