SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Brandy L. Lane, 22, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft, filed July 6 by state police.

Brian Patteson, 26, of Cabot was held for court on charges of theft and conspiracy, filed July 7 by state police.

Shaun R. Scheerbaum, 25, of Evans City waived to court a charges of driving under the influence, filed July 6 by state police.

Kimberly Smith-Krause, 48, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving without insurance and a lane violation, filed July 13 by Middlesex Township police.

Jason Toth, 36, of West Mifflin, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed June 3 by Middlesex Township police.

Alejandor R. Vasquez, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a motorcycle license, and driving without protective equipment, filed July 2 by state police.

Amanda R. Wadsworth, 31, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license and a lighting violation, filed May 18 by state police.
