Schrecengost

Larry R. Schrecengost, 65, of Butler passed away Monday at the VA Healthcare of Pittsburgh in Oakland.

He was born Sept. 15, 1943, in Portsmouth, Va., the son of the late Cecil R. Schrecengost and the late Beulah (Stover) Schrecengost.

Larry, a 1962 graduate of Kittanning High School, was a member of the U.S. Navy, having served in the Vietnam War era.

He had been a longtime resident of Colonial Gardens.

Surviving are three sisters, Mildred Roudebush of Kittanning, Sandra Ryan of Minnesota and Delores Tate of St. Marys; and several nieces and nephews.
