Dustin Griffie and Melissa Duespohl

An Oct. 24 wedding is being planned by Melissa Duespohl of Chicora and Dustin Griffie of East Brady.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dennis and Pamela Duespohl of Chicora. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Perry and Linda Griffie of East Brady.

The bride elect is a 2005 graduate of Karns City High School and a 2008 graduate of Butler County Community College. She is employed as an operating room nurse at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh.

Her fiance graduated in 2004 from Karns City High School. He is employed by Universal Forest Products in Parker.
