Hankey, Carr
Tracy Hankey and Daniel Carr, both of Auburn, N.Y., were united in marriage April 11 at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Auburn. The Rev. Philip Windsor officiated. A reception followed at the Holiday Inn, Auburn.
The bride is the daughter of Don and Karen Hankey of East Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Michael and Lynne Carr of Auburn.
The honor attendant was Cheryl VanEpps of Fulton, N.Y. Bridesmaids included Lisa Baldwin of Port Byron, N.Y., Ann Matheson and Kelly Petrosino, both of Auburn, Amy Molloy of Valparaiso, Ill., Jill Carr of Auburn, and Megan Hankey and Mandy McGee, both of Butler. Elliana Collella of Auburn, was the junior bridesmaid, and Olivia Carr of Ft. Sumpter, S.C., was the flower girl.
Performing the duties of best man was Timothy Carr of Auburn. Ushers included Scott Carr of Syracuse, N.Y., Tysen Matheson, Tom Petrosino, Jamie Carr and Mark Carr, all of Auburn, Philip Hankey of Butler and Jeremy Carr of Owasco, N.Y. Jackson Thomas of Auburn, was the ring bearer
The bride is a 1995 graduate of Butler High School and a graduate of Slippery Rock University. She is employed by Cayuga — Onondaga BOCES in Auburn.
The bridegroom graduated in 1996 from Auburn High School, in 2002 from Cayuga Community College and in 2004 from SUNY Geneseo. He is employed by Cayuga Correctional Facility.
Following a honeymoon trip to Jamaica, the couple is making their home in Auburn.
