Senior District Judge Dan George recently heard these cases filed by the Cranberry Township police:

Harlan King, 26, of Confluence waived his case to court. He was charged July 17 with unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility.

Paula Jean Zuravitch, 32, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged June 30 with retail theft and criminal conspiracy.

Thomas D. Duchesne, 18, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 9 with criminal conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance.

Richard Anthony Burns, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 9 with criminal conspiracy and possession of a controlled substance.

Christine Helen Gallant, 38, of Point Charlotte, Fla., waived her case to court. She was charged July 10 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Cody Philip Grim, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 13 with furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Diane Lynne Paytas, 43, of Freedom waived her case to court. She was charged May 20 with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

William Littlemeyer, 41, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 16 with delivery of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Kimberly Michele Wheeler, 28, of New Castle waived her case to court. She was charged June 5 with giving false reports to police and disorderly conduct.

Charlene Davis, 23, of Slippery Rock waived her case to court. She was charged June 12 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nityanand Gopallka, 30, of State College had his case held for court. He was charged July 1 with unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility.

Karen S. Unger, 18, of Wexford had her case held for court. She was charged June 23 with possession of a controlled substance, retail theft and criminal conspiracy.

Marjorie Gayle Gold, 40, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged June 14 with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Rebecca Suzanne Benson, 28, of Sewickley waived her case to court. She was charged June 3 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft.

David William Piroth, 36, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 5 with theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Shane Ryan Malone, 24, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. He was charged June 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol.
