Mary A. Isovitsch
Mary A. Isovitsch, 88, of Cecelia Avenue in Lyndora died Friday at her home.
She was born May 1, 1921, in Butler, a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Kudzma Duly.
She was a mother and grandmother.
She worked as a stamping machine operator at the Butler Stamping Co. She formerly worked at the Spaide Shirt Factory and at Butler Armco during World War II.
She was preceded in death on Nov. 12, 1992, by her husband, Rudolph A. Isovitsch, whom she married Jan. 17, 1943. Mary was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Five brothers and three sisters also preceded her in death.
Surviving are her children and their spouses, Rudolph and Brenda Isovitsch and Bob and Saundra Isovitsch, all of Butler, and Mrs. Mary Ann Brooks (David) of Lyndora; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
<B>ISOVITSCH</B> — Friends of Mary A. Isovitsch, who died Friday, June 26, 2009, will be received at the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St., from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with Elder Daniel J. Harrington officiating.
