SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

David Christy, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed June 12 by Middlesex Township police.

Cynthia Hardesty, 51, of Lyndora waived to court a charge of conspiracy to use another person's access device without permission, filed June 4 by Middlesex Township police.

Jessica McCloskey, 19, of Valencia waived to court charges of theft and conspiracy, filed June 4 by Middlesex Township police.

Matthew McCoppin, 21, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft, filed June 19 by Middlesex Township police.

Timothy McKee Jr., 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, filed June 13 by Middlesex Township police.

Clarissa Sphon, 33, of Saltsburg, Indiana County, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct, illegally passing another vehicle and careless driving, filed April 29 by state police.

James Starr, 36, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of identity theft, false reports to law enforcement authorities and violating a municipal burning ordinance, filed May 8 by Buffalo Township police.

Nathan Zmijowski, 24, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived to court charges of using another person's access device without permission, and conspiracy, filed June 4 by Middlesex Township police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Lois A. Daniels, 28, of Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed June 22 by Butler Township police.Tina M. Davies, 24, of Butler was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed June 22 by the Butler County Sheriff's Office.Donna A. Digiacomo, 40, of Saxonburg waived to court six counts of forgery, two counts each of theft, access device fraud, trespass and driving with a suspended license, one count each of identity theft and receiving stolen property, and five counts of conspiracy, filed in separate complaints July 2 and 14 by Butler Township police.Jason E. Dickey, 26, of Mercer waived to court three counts of failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements, filed June 24 by state police.Deborah Krivak, 48, of Butler waived to court three counts of theft, two counts each of receiving stolen property and access device fraud, one count of forgery and five counts of conspiracy, filed in separate complaints July 2, 13 and 14 by Butler Township police.Charles Norris IV, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of access device fraud, defiant trespass and two counts each of theft and receiving stolen property in two separate complaints filed July 13 by Butler Township police.Kayti L.
