BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Butler Township police:
Donna A. DiGiacomo, 40, of Eau Claire waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, as well as criminal conspiracy to commit forgery, identity theft, access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed July 1.
Bryan K. Hartman, 41, of Renfrew was held for court on charges of prohibited offensive weapon, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and exceeding maximum speed limits, filed May 20.
Dayne A. Irwin, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of stalking and harassment, filed June 30.
Alyssa J. Jamison, 22, of Harrisville waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, theft by deception and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed June 30.
Sarah Lynn Jones, 19, of Butler waived to court felony counts of theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed June 23.
Deborah K. Krivak, 48, of Butler waived to court two counts each forgery, access device fraud and identity theft, one count each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, as well as criminal conspiracy to commit forgery, access device fraud, identity theft, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property filed July 1.
Brandy K. Lane, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and possession of a controlled substance, filed June 4. Lane was sentenced to pay $649.50 in fines and court costs. Lane also pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 19. She was sentenced to pay $399.50 in fines and court costs.
Stacey A. LeCerf, 22, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed June 10.
Kristen N. Leroy, 22, of Cabot was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed June 4.
Scott A. Matson, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of stalking, disorderly conduct and two counts harassment, filed May 27.
Korene L. Messmer, 25, of Petrolia waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed June 11.
Vincent L. Nielsen, 40, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault, harassment, public drunkenness and two counts of aggravated assault, filed June 29.
Lisa C. Ripoll, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of theft from a motor vehicle, criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property and fraudulent removal of a registration plate, filed July 9.
Jason G. Whitacre, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of theft from a motor vehicle, criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property and fraudulent removal of a registration plate, filed May 26.

Brown, 25, of Petrolia waived to court a charge of access device fraud, filed June 13. Brown also waived to court three counts of forgery and one count theft by unlawful taking, filed Feb. 23.Kristen Marie Clark, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by deception, receiving stolen property and two counts theft by unlawful taking, filed May 23.Brandy Lynn Lane, 22, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy, filed June 27.Jana Lee Skiles, 19, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed May 13.
