Jack D. Tebay, 68, of Clay Township died June 1 at the Butler Memorial Hospital following a long illness.

Surviving are three sons, Jeff, Don and Jack Tebay, all of the Franklin area; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Oliver (Patty) Singleton of Lower Burrell; many nieces and nephews, including Nancy Dillaman, who was his caregiver; and three sisters-in-law, Flora, Dottie and Gail Tebay.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and four brothers.

<B>TEBAY</B> — A memorial service for Jack D. Tebay, who died Monday, June 1, 2009, will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. June 20 at the West Sunbury Volunteer Fire Department.Arrangements are being handled by the <B>William F. Young Funeral Home</B>, West Sunbury.
