District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Sara Jo Hilgar, 23, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged June 1 by state police with theft by deception, forgery and tampering with records or identification.

Mark Edwin Noah, 42, of Callery waived his case to court. He was charged July 11 by Callery police with giving false reports to police, giving false identification to police and driving a vehicle without proper inspection.

Sally Elizabeth Rea, 47, of Ellwood City waived her case to court. She was charged June 23 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Joan A. Nist, 33, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged June 23 by Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Kristen M. Loudermilk, 29, of Evans City had her case held to court. She was charged June 23 by Lancaster Township police with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.

Alycia Lynne Hooks, 18, of Oakdale waived her case to court. She was charged May 6 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and operating a vehicle with alcohol in her system as a minor.

Joshua Donald Black, 29, of Mars had his case held to court. He was charged July 6 by Adams Township police with aggravated assault by a vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol and recklessly endangering another person.

Damian Kyle Yandura, 19, of Evans City had his case held to court. He was charged Feb. 17 by Jackson Township police with aggravated assault by a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, accident involving death or injury, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving, aggravated assault, robbery, simple assault, disorderly conduct, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and careless driving resulting in serious injury.

Robbie Allan Robinson, 36, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 19 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Russell Hoffman, 18, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged May 27 by Jackson Township police with criminal use of a communication facility, unlawful contact with a minor, luring a child into a motor vehicle, corruption of minors, possession of a small amount of marijuana and purchasing alcohol for a minor.

Morgan Ashley Leon, 18, of Cranberry Township had her case held to court. She was charged Feb. 17 by Jackson Township police with criminal conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, recklessly endangering another person and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:George Dale DiCicco II, 22, of Connoquenessing waived his case to court. He was charged May 13 with criminal conspiracy, burglary and receiving stolen property.Brittany May Wilcox, 18, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged June 24 with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and purchasing alcohol as a minor.Timothy W. Senich, 61, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged March 17 with unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility.Kristen Fortier, 19, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged July 7 with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.Jacob James Blazier, 20, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged May 13 with criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property.Andrew James Goehring, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 13 with criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property.Preston Jeffrey Kaluzny, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 13 with criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.Reginald L. Herts, 26, of Auburn, Wash., waived his case to court. He was charged June 24 with disorderly conduct.Manuel Richard Lemus, 22, of Freedom had his case held to court. He was charged May 8 with criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking.Jeffrey Miszkielewicz, 25, of McDonald had his case held to court. He was charged Nov. 26 with simple assault and harassment.
