District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Barney R. Koerner, 52, of Fombell had his case held for court. He was charged May 4 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Brent J. Marsh, 39, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged June 26 by Zelienople police with hindering apprehension.

Marianne Cynthia Jordan, 45, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 5 by Jackson Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

John Andrew Matthews, 21, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. He was charged March 3 by Butler County detectives with possession of a controlled substance.

Terrance J. Monahan, 26, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged June 23 by Lancaster Township police with simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.

Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Anthony Jay Robinson, 37, of Pittsburgh had his case held for court. He was charged Jan. 15 with theft by unlawful taking.Christopher Jordan Wright, 22, of Beaver Falls waived his case to court. He was charged May 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Daniel Anderson Pale, 22, of Prospect waived his case to court. He was charged May 15 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Matthew Walter Rao, 22, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged May 15 with possession of marijuana.Adam Francis Stasik, 21, of Wexford waived his case to court. He was charged June 23 with possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft and criminal conspiracy.
