SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Barbara L. Briggs, 51, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and a lane violation, filed April 14 by state police.

Lisa R. Duff, 36, of Leechburg, Armstrong County, waived to court five counts each of theft by deception and bad checks, filed March 8 by Buffalo Township police.

John E. Leddy, 42, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of DUI and driving with an improper license, filed March 5 by Middlesex Township police.

Matthew L. Roush, 29, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lighting violation, filed Feb. 14 by state police.

Walter D. Schweizer, 55, of Lakeville, Wayne County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, not using turn signals, driving an uninspected vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 25 by Penn Township police.

Lacey M. Tommaney, 21, of Mars waived to court a charge of access device fraud, filed March 9 by Penn Township police.

Edward L. Vandevort, 65, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and a lane violation, filed April 11 by state police.

Greg A. Walker, 25, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of burglary, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed June 3 by Penn Township police.

Almendariz Jr., 23, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing a prohibited offensive weapon, filed June 4 by Butler Township police.Joshua K. Basham, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed March 4 by state police.James S. Boanes, 48, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft, receiving stolen property, theft from a vehicle and three counts of criminal mischief, filed June 12 by Butler Township police.Tina M. Davies, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed May 28 by Butler Township police.Dante E. Dixon, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed June 14 by Butler Township police.Vincent A. Evans, 40, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, a stop sign violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed April 1 by state police.Paula Gabauer, 37, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance, a lane violation and driving without a vehicle registration card, filed May 11 by state police.Robin L. Johnson, 23, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of attempted theft by deception, conspiracy to commit retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 10 by Butler Township police.Jean-Maria Junca, 60, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI, filed May 13.Brian M. Lucas, 29, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, a lane violation, speeding and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 3 by state police.Jonathan K. Maker, 44, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 27 by Butler Township police. Maker was ordered to pay $449.50 in fines and court costsVincent L. Nielsen, 40, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving without a license and illegally backing a vehicle, filed May 26 by Butler Township police.Michael H.
