District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Brian Scott Higginbotham, 24, waived his case to court. He was charged May 29 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Thomas William Frost III, 28, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged June 2 by Jackson Township police with possession of marijuana and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.

Shauna Ann O'Neil, 21, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged May 29 by Jackson Township police with possession of a controlled substance.

Joseph Pohl Jr., 63, of Allison Park waived his case to court. He was charged May 27 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Joseph A. Rock, 24, of East Butler waived his case to court. He was charged June 8 by Evans City police with carrying an unlicensed firearm and operating a vehicle without valid inspection.

Scott G. Lockerman, 59, of Sewickley waived his case to court. He was charged May 26 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to stop at a red light.

Luigi Scampone, 45, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 24 by Zelienople police with writing bad checks.

David Wayne Eberhardt, 18, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged June 17 by Jackson Township police with criminal trespass, fleeing officers and resisting arrest.
