Burr, Volchko
Jodie Burr and Michael Volchko were united in marriage Oct. 18 at English Lutheran Church in Zelienople. The Rev. Bob Kepplinger officiated. A reception followed at the Camelot in Wexford.
The bride is the daughter of Loyal Burr Jr. of Evans City and the late Joyce Burr. Parents of the bridegroom are Bill and Judy Volchko of South Park.
The matron of honor was Lauren Hogue of Evans City and the maid of honor was Leigh Mullett of Cortland, Ohio. Bridesmaids were Bridgette Seebacher of Westlake, Ohio, and Lauren Steffanina of Wexford. Flower girl was Caitlyn Chittum of Grove City, Ohio.
Performing the duties of best men were Chris Heaney of Clairton and J.C. Borsos of Pittsburgh. Ushers were Jason Burr of Evans City and Josh Burr of Butler.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Seneca Valley High School and a 2004 graduate of Thiel College. She is employed by the Pittsburgh Auto Auction in Cranberry Township.
The bridegroom graduated in 1997 from Thomas Jefferson High School and in 2002 from Thiel College. He is employed by the Millwrights Local Union 2235 in Pittsburgh.
Following a honeymoon trip to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, the Volchkos are making their home in Cranberry Township.
