Elmer C. Eisenbrown, 85, of North Sewickley Township, Beaver County, went to be with his Lord on Tuesday at the St. John Specialty Care Center, Mars.

Born Oct. 8, 1923, in Freedom, he was the son of the late Carl and Ida (Weil) Eisenbrown.

He was the former owner of The Farmers Store, Portersville, and was a member of the Concord United Methodist Church, North Sewickley Township, and the B.K.A.T.A.

Surviving are his wife of 61 years, Grace (Householder) Eisenbrown; three children, daughter, Janet Hines of Glen Burnie, Md., son, Dale Eisenbrown of Zelienople; and daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Barry Donley of Cambridge, Ohio; six grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; one brother and sister-in-law, Melvin and Beverly Eisenbrown of Freedom; one sister, Hazel Ruckert of Freedom; one sister-in-law, Eleanor Eisenbrown; and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.

<B>EISENBROWN</B> — Friends of Elmer C. Eisenbrown, who died Tuesday, May 19, 2009, will be received from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. until time of funeral at 11 a.m. Friday at the <B>J&J Spratt Funeral Home</B>, 1612 Third Ave., New Brighton. The Rev. Brad Neel and the Rev. Chris Kindle, of the Concord United Methodist Church, will co-officiate.
