EAST BUTLER — Ralph Edwards and Linda McMillin will have their names added to the Memorial Monument at the East Butler Baseball Complex.

The ceremony takes place at 5 p.m. July 26. East Butler alumni members will then have a celebration at 6 p.m. North Coast-Butler BlueSox Prospect League game.

STATE COLLEGE — Penn State's Talor Battle will be playing point guard for the U.S. National team at the World University Games in Serbia.The final roster released Thursday includes the Nittany Lions' junior, who helped lead Penn State to the NIT championship this past season.The national team will train in Colorado Springs before departing for Serbia next week. The games begin July 2.Villanova's Corey Fisher also made the squad.
