SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Rachel Braham, 29, of Hilliards waived to court a charge of possession of a controlled substance, filed April 2 by state police.

Levon Bryan, 24, of Kittanning waived to court a charge of driving under the influence filed May 10 by Buffalo Township police.

Ronald Burkarth, 50, of Gibsonia waived to court a charge of receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 22 by Middlesex Township police.

Robert Fey, 63, of Mars was held for court on charges of DUI and an open container violation, filed March 30 by state police.

Douglas Pauli, 53, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and a stop sign violation, filed May 17 by Buffalo Township police.

Joshua Senchuk, 20, of Butler waived to court seven counts of possession of child pornography, filed May 8 by Middlesex Township police.

Shane Young, 36, of Butler was held for court on a charge of theft by deception and bad checks, filed Jan. 22 by Buffalo Township police.

Bowman, 39, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, lane violation, not using turn signals, careless driving and driving without an inspection sticker, filed April 4 by Butler Township police.Earl Robert Dally Jr., 50, of Butler was held for court on a charge of DUI, filed March 30 by state police.Tina M. Davies, 24, of Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed May 5 by Butler Township police.Surenu E. Frank, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft and trespass, filed May 19 by Butler Township police.Christopher C. Geibel, 30, of Butler waived to court a charge of terroristic threats, filed June 2 by Butler Township police.Casey D. Huffman, 21, of Evans City waived to court charges of aggravated assault, trespass, simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment, filed June 8 by Butler Township police.Steven A. Johnson, 21, of Mercer waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed April 24 by Butler Township police.William A.C. Lucas, 35, of Butler waived to court six counts each of theft by deception and bad checks, in four complaints filed April 3 by Butler Township police.Michael A. McPherson Sr., 51, of Lyndora waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property and trespass, filed May 14 by Butler Township police.Gina M. Slupe, 45, of Fenelton, 45, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed March 20 by Butler Township police. Slupe was ordered to pay $458.99 in restitution, fines and court costs.William J. Smith III, 29, no known address, waived to court charges of forgery, identity theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 3 by Butler Township police.

CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:William Edward Johnston, 20, of Beaver Falls waived his case to court. He was charged May 5 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.Brian L. Rezzetano, 37, of New Castle waived his case to court. He was charged June 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Kenneth P Cuzzo, 30, of Renfrew waived his case to court. He was charged April 22 with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.Michael Lee Born, 20, of Freedom waived his case to court. He was charged May 7 with identity theft, giving false statements and driving without a license.Brent Philip Eppinger, 24, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged May 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.Cynthia Walsh, 34, of Ambridge waived her case to court. She was charged April 29 with writing bad checks.
