BUTLER TWP — The Butler County Community College board has two new members.

Gene Marcink joined the board after several months as the new plant manager of AK Steel. He replaced Keith Howell, the former plant manager.

Board president Ray Steffler announced Wednesday that Bruce Mazzoni, a Cranberry Township supervisor, was recently appointed to the board. He will take the seat of Mike Meaders, who was not reappointed by the county commissioners.

The board Wednesday approved a resolution that honored Meaders for his 19 years of service on the board.
