HADLEY — Two Western Pennsylvania motorcycle riders died from a collision with a pickup truck that crossed the center line.

The crash happened Tuesday afternoon along Georgetown Road in Deer Creek Township, Mercer County. Police said Eva Struthers, 46, died at the scene and Roy Sanner, 53, died at a hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. Both were from Franklin, Venango County. They were wearing helmets and were thrown from their bikes.

Police say the pickup truck was driven by a 36-year-old Meadville man who was hospitalized with moderate injuries.

ERIE — A Florida man wanted by police in the death of his 6-month-old son was arrested in Pennsylvania.Hector Jaiman, 29, was arrested by U.S. marshals Monday at a home in Erie. He is to be extradited to Tampa, Fla., where he faces aggravated child abuse and felony murder charges.Jaiman was being held at the Erie County prison on $500,000 bond.
