Justin Birckbichler, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed April 15 by Saxonburg police.
Douglas Didion, 18, of Canonsburg, Washington County, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed April 12 by Penn Township police.
Sara Hilgar, 23, of Butler was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed April 23 by Penn Township police.
Steven Johnson, 21, of Mercer was held for court on charges of theft by deception and forgery, filed Feb. 11 by Buffalo Township police.
Christopher Pietron, 25, of Greensburg, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of DUI filed April 16 by state police.
Ezekiel Porter, 25, of Conway, Beaver County, waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 3 by Penn Township police.
Chad Wroblewski, 23, of Duquesne, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of theft by deception and forgery, filed Dec. 2 by Buffalo Township police.

Draper was ordered to pay $449.50 in fines and court costs.Debbie L. Strickler Jr., 20, of Prospect waived to court charges of resisting arrest, defiant trespass and underage drinking, filed Jan. 20 by Butler Township police. Strickler, in a separate case, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 7 by Butler Township police. He was ordered in that case to pay $399.50 in fines and court costs.Travis J. Zaborowski, 19, of Lyndora was held for court on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 8 by Butler Township police.
