Rape suspect charged
PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia authorities have filed charges against a man apprehended by an angry mob after the brutal rape of an 11-year-old girl.
Police announced the charges against 26-year-old Jose Carrasquillo on Wednesday. He's also being charged in an indecent assault on a 16-year-old the same day.
