Erica Ann Busin
Erica Ann Busin, 9, of Saxonburg died Friday afternoon at her home. She had formerly lived in New Castle.
Born May 6, 2000, in New Castle, she was a daughter of David B. and Deborah A. Black Busin.
Erica was a second grade student at South Butler Primary School, where she enjoyed art, math and reading classes. She was a member of the Holy Sepulcher Roman Catholic Church in Glade Mills and loved horses, swimming, dancing, fishing and singing.
Surviving are her parents, David and Deborah Busin of Saxonburg; a brother, Christopher Diaz of Butler; a sister, Jaclyn of New Castle; her maternal grandmother, Anna Marie Black of Prospect; her paternal grandmother, Dorothy Busin of New Castle; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Charles A. Black, and her paternal grandfather, Thomas J. Busin.
<B>BUSIN —</B> Friends of Erica Ann Busin, who died Friday, May 8, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the <B>GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME,</B> 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Holy Sepulcher Roman Catholic Church, Glade Mills, with the Rev. Albert J. Semler, pastor, officiating.
