Brian Rollinger and Jocelyn Panei

An Oct. 3 wedding is being planned by Jocelyn Panei and Brian Rollinger, both of Raleigh, N.C.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jim and Debbie Panei of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Rick and Cindy Rollinger of Apollo.

The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Butler High School and a 2004 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She works for Grandville County Schools in Creedmoor, N.C.

Her fiance graduated in 1997 from Kiski High School and in 2002 Slippery Rock University. He works at Paragon Commercial Bank in Raleigh.
