SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Ralph L. Atkinson Jr., 44, of Butler waived to court charges of escape, disorderly conduct, driving with a suspended license and without headlights, and driving without a license, filed Jan. 1 by Saxonburg police.

Allen Cunningham, 42, of Valencia waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed April 26 by Middlesex Township police.

Robert L. Eury, 50, of Cranberry Township was held for court on charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Jan. 26 by state police.

Kenneth Hilliard, 27, of Valencia waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed May 31 by state police.

Matthew Mahlmeister, 24, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed March 28 by Penn Township police.

Michael D. Stubbs, 28, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Sept. 26 by Middlesex Township police.

Adam Vickers, 42, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 10 by Buffalo Township police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Louis Leroy Ambrose III, 27, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed April 29 by state police.Kevin E. Campbell, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of robbery, aggravated assault, and attempted theft, filed May 22 by Butler Township police.Gary W. Fair, 37, of Portersville waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and not using turn signals, filed April 21 by state police.Kenneth T. Flohr, 22, of Evans City waived to court charges of DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana, careless driving and driving without insurance, filed April 20 by Butler Township police.Joseph Hockenberry, 43, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, hit-and-run, driving with a suspended license, failure to give information and render aid after an accident, driving without insurance and a left turn violation, filed April 6 by Butler Township police.Leah M. Krause, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a registration card, not using turn signals and a lane violation, filed April 21 by state police.Jared K. Krivak, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance, filed Aug. 26 by Butler Township. Krivak was ordered to pay $596.50 in fines and court costs.Brandy J. Kutsch, 28, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and not using turn signals, filed May 4 by state police.Frank R. Monpere Jr., 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and suspended registration, and driving without insurance, filed April 6 by state police.Cynde L. Montgomery, 24, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed May 4 by Butler Township police.Joshua D. CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Joshua Albright, 31, of Butler was held for court on a charge of theft, filed May 4.Dezeray Lynn Angerette, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed May 26.Kelly Bandura, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and underage drinking, filed April 25.Shane Baker-Whipkey, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, driving with a suspended license, and failing to immediately notify police of an accident, filed April 20.Charles J. Brookbank, 28, of Karns City was held for court on a charge of theft, filed May 5.Andrew W. Ealy, 29, of Chicora waived to court two counts each of simple assault and harassment, filed April 15.Matthew E. Maley, 26, of Karns City waived to court a charge of simple assault and two counts of harassment, filed May 4.Justin T. Spears was ordered to pay $615.43 in restitution, fines and court costs.Karl E. Williams, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with an obscured license plate, making an illegal turn and depositing waste on a highway, filed March 9.
