EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Christopher Stubenbort, 20, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged April 23 by Jackson Township police with disorderly conduct.

Edward Phillip Young, 51, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged May 25 by the state police with possession of a controlled substance, simple assault and harassment.

Daniel Rice, 20, of Mars had his case held to court. He was charged May 7 by Butler County detectives with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jamie L. Stevens, 18, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged April 23 by Jackson Township police with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Dan George recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Marianne Cynthia Jordan, 45, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 7 with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property and recklessly endangering another person.David W. Stevenson, 31, of Aliquippa waived his case to court. He was charged March 25 with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Brenton Eric Carner, 37, of Greenville waived his case to court. He was charged March 25 with driving with a suspended license and disorderly conduct.Staci L. Evans, 34, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged April 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Walter J. Wituszynski, 45, of Pittsburgh had his case held to court. He was charged April 1 with driving under the influence of alcohol and public drunkenness.
