SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Emily Bachman, 22, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding and careless driving, filed May 3 by Buffalo Township police.

Dennis Heatherman Jr., 32, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed March 15 by state police.

Norman Smilowitz, 40, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Jan. 16 by Buffalo Township police.

Joseph Weber, 40, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and reckless driving, filed March 8 by state police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Butler Township police:Charles W. Bevington Jr., 36, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed April 23.Crystal R. Buckley, 23, of Lyndora waived to court three counts of access device fraud, filed April 9.Ann-Marie Gianfrancesco, 37, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, reckless endangerment, a lane violation, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed April 9.Michael A. Vlassick, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving too fast for conditions, filed April 17.Jouline L. Walker, 19, of Butler waived to court a charge of felony retail theft, filed May 12.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Phillip Campbell, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed May 20.Tracy Lynn Deal, 38, of Chicora waived to court charges of identity theft and access device fraud, filed Nov. 5.Lisa Kriess, 46, of Butler waived to court two counts each of simple assault and disorderly conduct, reckless endangerment and public drunkenness, filed April 28.Kristen N. Leroy, 22, of Cabot waived to court a charge of theft, filed April 20.Robert J. McLaughlin, 19, of Prospect waived to court a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 12.Joseph A.
