Walker

Robert L. Walker, 50, of Hampton Township, Allison Park, died Monday morning at UPMC Passavant Hospital, McCandless Township.

He was born in Pittsburgh, May 28, 1958, the son of Barbara Stringert Walker of Zelienople and the late Charles Walker.

He was a self-employed flooring installer and worked for many local flooring companies. His expertise as an installer will be a great loss to flooring service.

Bob enjoyed hunting and fishing, his 1965 Chevy Impala and antique cars. He enjoyed life and was loved by all of his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.

Surviving are his longtime love, JoAnne Heim; his mother, Barbara Stringert Walker of Zelienople; a sister, Debbie (Ron) Schwenke in Virginia; and four brothers, Chuck (Sylvia) Walker of Middlesex Township, Jeff (Kathy) Walker of Butler, Mike (Crystal) Walker of Mars and Bill Walker of Valencia. Also surviving are nieces and nephews.
