Dorothy E. Rader
Dorothy E. Rader, 84, of Zelienople died Sunday surrounded by her family.
Born Feb. 1, 1925, in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late William and Emma (Quinn) Barnes.
Mrs. Rader was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, where she belonged to the Women's Association.
She enjoyed crafts, camping, cooking and reading.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, John L. Rader, whom she married June 13, 1942; two sons, Dennis E. Rader of Ellwood City and Gary L. Rader and his wife, Goldie, of Zelienople; a daughter, Cherie E. Rader and her husband, Dan, of Zelienople; a sister, Bonnie Graham and her husband, Richard, of Zelienople; and a son-in-law, Donald Rape of Zelienople. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Raelene Kay Rape; a daughter-in-law, Judith Rader; an infant brother, William Barnes; a brother, Raymond Barnes; and a sister, Evelyn Baker.

Grandview Ave., Zelienople.Following the 2 to 4 p.m. visitation on Wednesday, family and friends will gather in Strobel Hall at the St. Paul Lutheran Church, 215 N. Main St., Zelienople, for a time of fellowship and a memorial service.
