SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Jeff T. Allen, 53, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license, filed April 2 by Middlesex Township police.

Abby L. Ashbaugh, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, reckless driving and a lane violation, filed March 15 by Penn Township police.

Richard Glassburn, 50, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with an improper class of license, and driving an unregistered and uninspected vehicle, filed March 31 by Middlesex Township police.

Michael P. Hildebrand, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed April 12 by Buffalo Township police.

Edward H. Kern, 43, of Venetia, Washington County, waived to court charges of DUI and reckless driving, filed March 25 by Buffalo Township police.

Christopher A. Putnam, 41, of Houghton Lake, Mich., was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed March 12 by Penn Township police.

Judith L. Salati, 41, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of forgery, access device fraud and theft, attempted theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 4 by Middlesex Township police.

Delmar E. Silk, 50, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft, receiving stolen property, trespass and criminal mischief, filed Jan. 22 by Penn Township police.

Lester P. Weiss, 50, of Freeport was held for court on charges of DUI and an open container violation, filed April 12 by Buffalo Township police.

Tracey White, 42, of Valencia waived to court a charge of child endangerment, filed Feb. 20 by Middlesex Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Marco Cicchinelli, age unavailable, of Oakmont, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed March 24.Tammy Lynn Cravener, 25, of Kittanning waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Jan. 6.Adam Paul Harris, 28, of Butler waived to court two counts of burglary, driving under the influence, four counts of illegal possession of a firearm, 66 counts of loitering or prowling at night, 59 counts of receiving stolen property, 58 counts each of theft by unlawful taking and theft from a vehicle, four counts of possessing instruments of crime, three counts of criminal mischief, computer trespass, computer theft, two counts each of trespass and possession of a small amount of marijuana, five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and careless driving, filed May 8.Floyd D. Kerry Jr., 50, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, and driving without a license and rear lights, filed March 30.Adam Nathan McCandless, 27, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of disorderly conduct, and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed April 5.Donald Leo Scherer, 33, of Chicora was held for court on a charge of simple assault and harassment, filed April 17.Kasey M. Schnur, 19, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI and minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, filed Feb. 27.

Senior District Judge Joseph O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Michael James Reiser, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 18 with simple assault, forgery, criminal trespass, access device fraud, receiving stolen property and identity theft.In another case, Reiser waived to court a case in which he was charged May 1 with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Joshua Mark Tannenbaum, 25, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged April 15 with driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of drug paraphernalia.Jeffrey W. Bucci, 29, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 8 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Mary Ann McGuire, 46, of Butler had her case held for court. She was charged March 18 with simple assault.Adam T. Orr, 22, of Sewickley waived his case to court. He was charged April 8 with driving under the influence of alcohol.
