SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Tina Davies, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, a stop sign violation and failing to notify authorities of a change of address, filed Feb. 28 by state police.

Eric Holt, 33, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving, filed March 21 by Saxonburg police.

Samuel Johns Jr., 45, of Ford City waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, speeding, a lane violation, not wearing a seat belt and not using turn signals, filed Dec. 9 by state police.

Ryan Koegler, 24, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, filed April 5 by Saxonburg police.

James Miller, 59, of Gibsonia waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving, filed March 22 by Saxonburg police.

Cory Roenigk, 39, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, speeding and careless driving, filed Feb. 28 by state police.

Misty Shively, 27, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving and failing to keep right, filed March 21 by Saxonburg police.

Michael Woods, 29, of Freeport pleaded guilty to charges of driving with a suspended license, not wearing a seat belt and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed March 30 by Saxonburg police.

Bossen, 27, of Lyndora waived to court charges of bad checks and theft by deception, filed Dec. 3 by Butler Township police.Philip A. Campbell, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a vehicle, filed April 13 by Butler Township police.Tim J. Duncan, 42, of Evans City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, reckless driving and not obeying traffic control devices, filed March 27 by state police.Thomas R. Forrisi, 46, of Evans City waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, an open container violation, not wearing a seat belt and failing to notify authorities of a change of address, filed April 3 by Butler Township police.Mark N. Frank, 48, of Butler waived to court two counts of retail theft, filed Feb. 26 by Butler Township police.Stefan E. He was charged April 27 with unlawful contact with a minor, soliciting contact with a minor, attempted unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility.Brenton Andrew Gerstner, 23, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 11 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.Brian Popovich-Hazlett, 22, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 3 with simple assault and harassment.Michael Anthony Steinsdoerfer, 30, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 1 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
