Todd Allen, 42, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence — highest rate of alcohol, filed Dec. 24 by state police.
Terry Alvarez, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of fleeing from police, disregard for traffic lane and driving under the influence — highest rate of alcohol, filed April 17 by Middlesex Township police.
Terrance Burke, 61, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of speeding, careless driving, failure to use safety belt, disregard for traffic lane, driving without a license and driving under the influence — highest rate of alcohol, filed Jan. 15 by state police.
Anthony Cammisa, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of general lighting requirements and driving under the influence —highest rate of alcohol, filed Feb. 22 by Saxonburg police.
Brad Gamble, 34, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of speeding and driving under the influence — heroin, filed Feb. 25 by Saxonburg police.
George Lucas, 33, of Cabot waived to court two counts of simple assault and a charge of harassment, filed March 7 by state police.
Daniel Murray, 22, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of driving under the influence —marijuana, filed March 13 by Saxonburg police.
Kelly Ross, 21, of Sarver waived to court 15 counts each forgery and theft by deception, four counts access device fraud and one charge of theft of a gun, filed Dec. 2.

He was charged March 16 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and driving too closely.Eric J. Walter, 32, of Erie waived his case to court. He was charged March 19 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Gabrille M. Westrom, 19, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged March 30 by the Cranberry Township police with simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Celeste Marie Clyde, 50, of Mars waived her two separate cases to court. She was charged Feb. 24 by the Adams Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property. She also was charged March 6 by Butler County detectives with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.Anthony Nicholas Brittner, 20, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged April 6 by the Evans City police with four counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of marijuana possession, purchasing alcohol by a minor and disorderly conduct.Jessica Stambaugh, 26, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged March 16 by the Mars police with writing bad checks.Richard J. Ripper, 39, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged April 26 by the Callery police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license.John Trovato, Jr., 52, of Moon Township, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 3 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, operating a vehicle without proper insurance and disregard of traffic lane.David Andrew Cook, 32, of Baden, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged March 25 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.Kandyce Lynne Lemus, 20, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged April 6 by the Evans City police with four counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of marijuana possession, purchasing alcohol by a minor and disorderly conduct.Craig Alan Kovacic, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 24 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.David S. Cromika, 31, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 11 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right, disregard of traffic lane and failing to drive at safe speed.Anthony Barnes, 23, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 20 by the Lancaster Township police with two counts of harassment and one count of simple assault.
