Ponsonby, Kerzmann

Tony and Lindsay Kerzmann

Lindsay Ponsonby and Tony Kerzmann were united in marriage Dec. 20 at St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Monastery in Pittsburgh. The Rev. Michael Salvagna, uncle of the groom, officiated. A reception followed at the Carnegie Music Hall in the Carnegie Museum in Oakland.

The bride is the daughter of Mark Ponsonby of White Oak and Debra Pikoulas of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Tony and Phyllis Kerzmann of Elizabeth.

The honor attendant was Markie Ponsonby of Butler. Bridesmaids included Tricia Collins and Sarah DeLeo, both of Pittsburgh, Lindsay Griffith and Laura Bayuk, both of Ohio.

Performing the duties of best man was Craig Falk of Pittsburgh. Ushers included Steve Falk, Derek Hyatt and Michael Willhide, all of Pittsburgh, and Chad Bartkus of California.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Slippery Rock High School and a 2005 graduate of Westminster College. She received her master's degree in education and a reading specialist certificate in 2008 from the University of Pittsburgh. She works as a reading specialist for the Franklin Regional School District in Murrysville.

The bridegroom graduated in 1998 from Keystone Oaks High School and in 2004 from Duquesne University and the University of Pittsburgh. He received his master's degree in mechanical engineering in 2007 from the University of Pittsburgh. He is currently pursuing his doctorate in mechanical engineering at the University of Pittsburgh.

Following a honeymoon trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, the Kerzmanns are making their home in Point Breeze.
