Michael Wright and Chrissy Melnik

A Sept. 19 wedding is being planned by Chrissy Melnik and Michael Wright, both of Zelienople.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Thomas and Maria Melnik of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Michael and Sandy Wright of Renfrew.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Butler High School and a 2006 graduate of Duquesne University. She works as a registered nurse for the surgical intensive care unit at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Her fiancé graduated in 2001 from Butler High School and in 2009 from West Virginia University. He works as vice president for 70e Solutions in Renfrew.
