Nicholas J. Aulet, 20, of Mineral Ridge, Ohio, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a controlled substance, false identification to law enforcement authorities, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license, careless driving, a lane violation and a hazard light violation, filed March 12 by state police.

Amie L. Boland, 26, of Struthers, Ohio, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and carrying a prohibited offensive weapon, filed April 12 by state police.

Terry L. Caldwell, 59, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI and speeding, filed March 19 by Butler Township police.

Christopher J. Diaz, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen properly, filed March 11 by Butler Township police.

Shawn D. Fennell, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license, a lane violation and an open container violation, filed March 11 by state police.

Charles R. Gage, 28, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 30 by Butler Township police. Gage was ordered to pay $286.49 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Kimberly M. Powers, 22, of Butler waived to court a charge of reckless endangerment filed in March by Butler Township police.

Tracy L. Powers, 38, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI filed March 9 by Butler Township police.

Daniel E. Strickler Jr., 20, of Prospect pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed March 13 by Butler Township police. Strickler was ordered to pay $399.50 in fines and court costs.

Candace Walker, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving filed March 16 by Butler Township police.

Jared L. White, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, illegally entering or crossing a road, speeding and a lane violation, filed March 19 by Butler Township police.
