Edward J. "Eddie Isaly" Getz Sr., of Mercer Township, formerly of Millvale, died Wednesday.

He was the husband of Lois Jean (Abbott) Getz; father of Ed Getz Jr., Tim (Marti) Getz, Mike (Sandy) Getz, and Linda (John Kerner) Getz; and brother of Robert Getz. He also is survived by five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
