SAXONBURG District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Nicholas Copeland, 20, of Vandergrift, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of delivery of a controlled substance, conspiracy, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed March 31 by Middlesex Township police.

Steven T. Doyle, 24, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, DUI and speeding, filed Jan. 9 by Penn Township.

Jeffrey Fortino, 39, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of terroristic threats, obstructing emergency services, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Feb. 6 by Saxonburg police.

Vivian George, 50, of Salina, Westmoreland County, pleaded guilty to two charges of bad checks, filed Jan. 8 in a separate private complaints. George was ordered to pay a combined $1,438.35 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Brandy Lane, 21, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of theft by deception and bad checks, filed Jan. 8 by Buffalo Township police.

Sharon McGregor, 49, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to two charges of bad checks, filed March 13 in separate private complaints. McGregor was ordered to pay a combined $1,347 in restitution, fines and court costs.

John O'Brien, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed Jan. 9 by Penn Township police.

John Placek II, 31, of Worthington, waived to court charges of delivery of a controlled substance, conspiracy and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, filed March 31 by Middlesex Township police.

Jeffrey West, 28, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed March 6 by Penn Township police.

Dunstan Jr., 37, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Nov. 18Russell Enlow, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Nov. 16.Alan Fowler, 24, of Rimersburg waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 25.Brenton Gerstner, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 22.Adam John Karch, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, failure to keep right, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed March 2.Craig McDaniel, 29, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Feb. 25.Shannon Lee Moore, 33, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, a turning violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed March 2.Jo Lynn, Patsy, 24, of Rimersburg waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 25.Leila Ripoll, 28, of Zelienople waived to court charges of burglary access device fraud and theft, filed March 28.Steven Spare, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 22.Ronald W. Steighner Jr., 23, of Butler waived to court two counts of possession of a controlled substance and six counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 2.John P. Sullivan, 35, of Chicora waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed March 2.
