William R. Slagle, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving on road laned for traffic, filed Feb. 23 by state police.
Jamie M. Stenman, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, maximum speed limits and careless driving, filed Feb. 3 by state police.

Bolcato, 46, of Tarentum waived to court charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, defiant trespass and two counts of criminal conspiracy, filed March 11 by Butler Township police. Bolcato also waived to court two counts each of retail theft, criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property, filed March 16 by Butler Township police.Elizabeth A. Cosme, 29, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, driving at unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Feb. 20 by Butler Township police.Pauline F. Denny, 55, of Lyndora was held for court on a charge of driving under the influence, filed Feb. 17 by Butler Township police.Justin P. Enslen, 21, of Renfrew waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, filed March 10 by state police.Bryan J. Griffith, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft, filed Feb. 19 by Butler Township police. He was sentenced to pay $499.50 in fines and court costs.Beverly K. Jones, 40, of New Castle waived to court three counts each of identity theft, forgery, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 2 by Butler Township police.William F. Lane, 29, of Lyndora waived to court five counts indecent assault, three counts each involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and corruption of minors, and two counts each of statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault (under 16) and indecent exposure, filed March 10 by Butler Township police.Russell M.
