Patti L. Hensel, 46, of Butler died Monday afternoon at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Butler, March 17, 1962, a daughter of Lewis A. and Rosemary Convery Hinchberger.

A homemaker, Patti enjoyed sports, golf and bowling and had formerly been a member of the Tuesday Morning Ladies Bowling League. She also liked to make craft projects for her home.

She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Butler.

Surviving are her husband, George T. Hensel II, whom she married Sept. 14, 1985. Also surviving are two sons, Gereme Hensel, a student at the University of Niagara in Niagara, N.Y., and Tyler Hensel at home; two daughters, Lacee Hensel of Erie and Chelsea Hensel at home; her parents, Lewis and Rosemary Hinchberger of Butler; a sister, Corina Hinchberger of Pittsburgh; a brother, Chris Hinchberger and his wife, Robin, of Butler; and her parents-in-law, George and Patricia Hensel of Mars. Also, six nieces and 12 nephews survive.

<B>HENSEL </B>— Friends of Patti L. Hensel who died Monday, Feb. 23, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Paul Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St. Entombment will follow at the Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum.The St. Paul Guild and Christian Mothers will recite the rosary at 9:40 a.m. Friday, at the church.Additional information is available and condolence messages can be placed at www.geibelfuneralhome.com.
