Lucas, Federkeil
Kaitlyn Lucas and Joshua Federkeil were united in marriage Dec. 16 on the beach in Miami Beach, Fla. The Rev. Viviana Sarno officiated. A reception followed at Highfield Hall.
The bride is the daughter of John and Kelly Lucas of Sarver. Parents of the bridegroom are George and Barbara Federkeil of New Castle.
The honor attendant was Taylor Lucas of Sarver. Bridesmaids included Renee Crimbchin of Cabot, Shelby Knapp of Cabot, Emily Taylor of Butler and Amber Weinzierl of Saxonburg. Flower girls were Lydia and Kyra Drake of Raleigh, N.C.
Performing the duties of best man was David Federkeil of New Castle. Ushers included Jeffrey Egler of Butler, Chris Eberle of Connoquenessing, Kent Uber of Grove City and Justin Popa of Renfrew. Ring bearer was Benjamin Lucas of Sarver.
The bride is a 2007 graduate of Knoch High School and will graduate this year from Butler County Community College. She works for the YMCA in New Castle.
The bridegroom graduated in 2004 from New Castle High School and will graduate this year from Butler County Community College. He works for Faddis Concrete Products in New Castle.
Following a honeymoon trip to Jamaica, the Federkeils are making their home in New Castle.
