CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Dan George recently heard these cases:
Carrie Ann Lawther, 30, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 4 by Cranberry Township police with possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft.
Kelvin J. Mack, 23, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 28 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and failing to drive at safe speeds.
Corey Christopher Strano, 23, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 15 by Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to stop at a red signal.
Melissa Ann Sade, 23, of Conway, Beaver County, had her case held for court. She was charged Jan. 7 by state police with forgery, access device fraud and receiving stolen property.
David Gerbrosky, 36, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 14 by Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Matthew M. Franciscus, 26, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 7 by Butler County detectives with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ethan Robert Boyd, 23, of Worthington waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 4 by Butler police with acquisition by misrepresentation, fraud, deceit, filing a false/fradulent/incomplete insurance claim and possession of a controlled substance.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Anthony M. Moran, 20, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 25 by Adams Township police with burglary, criminal trespass, four counts each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property and 10 counts of criminal conspiracy.Kyle Andrew Verikas, 20, of Mars waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged March 9 by Butler County detectives with possession of a controlled substance, two counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, criminal conspiracy and criminal use of a communications facility. He also was charged in a second case on March 9 by Butler County detectives with possession of a controlled substance, two counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, criminal conspiracy and criminal use of a communications facility.Jeremy Wayne Dunn, 30, of New Brighton, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 3 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, failing to drive at safe speeds, careless driving and failure to use a seat belt.Garrett T. Crocker, 24, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 12 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, careless driving, driving too slow for conditions and disregard of traffic lane.David Randall Fishel, 23, of Callery waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 24 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license was suspended or revoked, failure to keep right and careless driving.Dale Edwin Mangan, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 24 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Mary Catherine Wetzel, 36, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 17 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and failing to obey turning movement and required signals.
