Bunnell, Homer
Heather Bunnell and John Homer were united in marriage Oct. 4 at the St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin Church in Pittsburgh. The Rev. John Haney officiated. A reception followed at Salvatore's.
The bride is the daughter of Michael and Robyn Bunnell of Zelienople. Parents of the bridegroom are James Homer of Whitehall and Darlene Homer of Bethel Park.
The bride's honor attendants were Kristen Yaros of Cranberry Township and Sydnee Bunnell of Whitehall. Jill Compton of Reserve Township served as bridesmaid, and Kaylee Alvin of Cranberry Township served as junior bridesmaid. Flower girl was Isabella Bunnell of Reserve Township.
Serving as best man was Marc Homer of Bethel Park. Ushers included Michael Bunnell Jr. of Reserve Township, Tyler Barnhart of Renfrew, Marquis Yaros of Cranberry Township and Ronald Trageser of Baldwin. Ring bearer was Evan Yaros of Cranberry Township.
The bride is a 1995 graduate of Seneca Valley High School. She works for Manpower in Pittsburgh.
The groom is a 1996 graduate of Baldwin-Whitehall High School and a 2000 graduate of Penn State University. He received a master's degree in 2003 from the University of Pittsburgh and works for the Department of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Administration in Bruceton.
Following a honeymoon trip to Walt Disney World, the couple are making their home in Whitehall.
