I am sorry this happened at your friend's family members funeral. I am sure it was NOT meant to be insensitive, especially with the nature of the business. But, please remember that Butler has more than one funeral home if that family has need of future services. My family members prefers to use the other three funeral homes, especially Thompson-Miller. Choices, professionalism, quality, and overall surroundings do matter at a time like this. I extend my sincere sympathies. Thank you!
