LEWISBURG — Seneca Valley's Abby Myers earned two medals at Friday's PIAA Class AAA Swimming Championships at Bucknell University's Kinney Natatorium.

The sophomore placed fifth in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 56.15 seconds after finishing sixth in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:52.01.

Myers will swim the anchor leg of SV's 400 freestyle relay Saturday.

In the boys events, Center Township resident Mark Newell helped Central Catholic's 200 medley relay team place ninth with a time of 1:36.02.
