Celtic songwriter, singer will perform at Succop
BUTLER TOWNSHIP — Butler County Community College presents Celtic singer and songwriter Cathie Ryan at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Succop Theater on campus.
This performance is the last in The Music of Ireland Special Concert Series.
For seven years, Irish-American Ryan was the lead singer for Cherish the Ladies.
She is featured on more than forty compilations of Celtic music and has released four albums for Shanachie Records.

After the performance will be "An Evening with Cathie Ryan," a fundraising event to help support The Succop Conservancy. Tickets for this Irish celebration include a reserved seat for the performance and food and beverages afterwards in "Maharg's Pub" at The Succop Conservancy, Airport Road, Penn Township. Attendees will have a chance to meet Ryan at this event.
