COOKSBURG — Some roads are flooded and the Clarion River is over its banks in the Cook Forest State Park in northwestern Pennsylvania.

The National Weather Service says the river will remain above flood stage through this afternoon. As a result, Clarion, Forest and Jefferson counties remain under a flood warning.

Emergency dispatchers in Warren County say some roads in the county seat of Warren are flooded, too.

Runoff from warm temperatures and weekend rains are being blamed for the flooding.

There are no reports of serious injuries or evacuations due to the flooding.

MCKEESPORT — Police are searching for whoever fatally shot a 16-year-old Pittsburgh-area high school student found next to a stolen car.Allegheny County police say 16-year-old Melvin Duncan of McKeesport was found dead on Saturday afternoon. Grief counselors are on hand as classes resume at McKeesport High School, where Duncan was a student.Police say they found the car and Duncan's body shortly after a report of a stolen car speeding through this suburb south of Pittsburgh.Police say evidence shows someone outside the car shot Duncan while he was in it.At least two other males were in the car with Duncan, and police are still looking for them and other possible witnesses.

GREENSBURG — State police say a woman and her dog fought off an intruder who entered her home and tried to duct tape the woman's feet together.Police say they don't have a suspect in the attack. It happened just before midnight Friday at the Suburban Acres trailer park in Hempfield Township, about 30 miles east of Pittsburgh.The woman tells police she was lying on her bed with her dog when the intruder entered dressed in black with some kind of black paint or makeup on his face.Police say the woman kicked the man in the groin when he tried to tape her feet together. The woman says her dog also attacked and bit the man, who ran away.

MEYERSDALE — Funeral services are set for the western Pennsylvania teen who was driving a car that ran off a bridge and rolled down an embankment into a stream, also killing his two passengers.Sixteen-year-old Austin Johnson's funeral is scheduled this morning at the Meyersdale Church of the Brethren in Somerset County.State police believe Johnson was racing at least one other car when he ran off a bridge on Route 219 Thursday afternoon after leaving Meyersdale Area High School.Funerals are set Tuesday for the two passengers in the car, 16-year-old Lee Gnagey and 15-year-old Logan Buterbaugh. All were from Meyersdale, about 70 miles southeast of Pittsburgh.
